Vitargo vs. WMS (Waxy Maize Starch)
A couple of months ago, we made an Attention for false Vitargo, or a warning for nutritional supplement companies claiming that they are having the very same starch with the same properties as Vitargo. This is not true.
In the US a product called WMS, waxy maize starch, has been very popular, at least amongst strength training people. Mr Will Brink is a respected author, columnist and consultant to the supplement, fitness, bodybuilding and weight loss industry, and he has written about WMS vs. Vitargo, to as he writes: SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT ON THE WAXY MAIZE CRAZE.
