Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Dayo Audi is happy to accept returns, provided that the item(s) is returned within 7 days of receipt, and is/are unused. Returns must be sent back at the cost of the sender and a full refund (excluding cost of original postage) will be offered once the returned item has been inspected. In the event that goods are received faulty or damaged, a full refund including the cost of original postage will be given, but the cost of returning the item will still be at the cost of the sender.

Any items that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We regret that due to the nature of our products and carrier delivery policies, we are unable to accept returns for items reported faulty or damaged after this time.
